Robyn joined NK+M in 2002 coming from the public sector bringing numerous years of public business administration with her to her position as Client Relations Manager. A former fire fighter, emergency medical technician and private pilot, Robyn is skilled at making quick and accurate decisions while problem solving in high pressure situations. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills ensure that critical information is processed professionally, efficiently, sensitively and confidentially. She understands the complex elements involved in legal administration and is routinely involved in resolving customer satisfaction issues as they arise ensuring the consistent application of established protocols and procedures. Robyn is the mother of three grown children and is an avid motorcyclist. She enjoys gardening, knitting, sewing, and travel and is a proud cancer survivor.
