Brad defends cases against doctors, hospitals, psychiatrists, and dentists as a member of the firm's medical malpractice defense group. He is also a member of the environmental litigation group, working on complex environmental and toxic tort cases, and he analyzes insurance coverage disputes in a variety of contexts. He handles land use matters before local planning and zoning boards and in court, representing municipalities, developers, individuals, and citizen groups.

Brad is the Commanding Officer of a Naval Reserve unit, and chairman of his church. He and his wife love playing/ coaching/watching their three boys in various team sports. As a family they enjoy skiing and sailing and hiking the mountains of New Hampshire.
