Chris's practice focuses on construction litigation and professional negligence defense on behalf of attorneys, engineers, architects, and surveyors. Chris has litigated cases in state and federal courts in Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Vermont. He defended a nationwide civil RICO class action lawsuit on behalf of a Fortune 500 company, and litigated employment and construction matters. Chris has worked extensively in the UK prosecuting construction claims on behalf of a multi-national construction company.

Prior to entering private practice, Chris served as a law clerk to the New Hampshire Superior Court. He has presented seminars on Construction Law for Engineers and Contractors, Construction Change Orders, AIA Contract Documents, and Mechanical Liens in New Hampshire. Chris also co-authored a chapter in Construction Change Order Claims (2d ed. 2005).

Chris is married with two children. He is a licensed youth soccer coach for players aged 6-14. He has held elected and volunteer leadership positions within his community.

In law school, Chris was Articles Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law.
