Tupper's practice involves the litigation of complex cases. During the last 30 years, he has handled cases in the fields of environmental, toxic tort, professional liability, architect/engineering liability, and commercial litigation. This breadth of experience reflects his interest in the communication of complex issues in a jury setting.

Tupper's activity in the environmental field includes litigation and regulatory proceedings concerning the large groundwater withdrawals, wetlands permitting, environmental remediation, toxic exposures, and development issues under state laws and local planning and zoning ordinances. Tupper's experience resulted in his being listed in The Best Lawyers in America for environmental law continuously for more than 10 years. He is a frequent lecturer on environmental and complex litigation issues.

Tupper is honored to be listed in Chambers USA and Super Lawyers for his work in environmental law.

Tupper is an avid golfer and hiker and active in non-profit organizations supporting the environment.
