For twenty-five years, Frank has defended product manufacturers, utilities, refiners, processors, contractors, and others who find their products or workmanship at issue in product liability litigation.

His practice has included serving as national counsel for a Fortune 100 appliance manufacturer, trying fire cases across the country; acting as national safety counsel for a major utility, analyzing safety issues and problems in an attempt to prevent claims; defense of multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in national class actions; and the investigation, defense, and trial of hundreds of product liability, fire, and explosion cases throughout New England. Frank has a reputation for developing an intimate understanding of the technical features of each client's product, and bringing that understanding to bear on the facts of each case.
