Jonathan specializes in the defense of medical malpractice claims on behalf of individual doctors, nurses, hospitals, and provider practice groups. He has represented medical professionals at trial and in connection with investigations by state agencies and disputes with institutions over privileges and credentials. Jonathan's practice relies heavily on his work with medical experts in a variety of specialities and he has recently briefed issues and written articles relating to the admissibility of expert testimony under evolving New Hampshire law. Before joining the Medical Services Practice Group, Jonathan became adept at using technology to help manage complex, document-intensive cases for Fortune 500 and smaller companies litigating construction, product liability, patent infringement, and environmental insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal court.

Jonathan has authored articles on defending claims for anesthesia awareness, privacy rights and pharma's access to prescriber information, and getting scientific and expert testimony admitted into evidence.

Jonathan, his two children (Hannah and Oscar), and his wife live in Concord, New Hampshire where they moved from Boston to be closer to opportunities to uphill hike and downhill ski. Both Jonathan and his wife grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and they continue to be avid Michigan fans.
