Prior to joining the firm, Kirsten served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Department of Justice where she led complex investigations and tried first and second degree murder cases as well as high profile white collar and public integrity crimes. Kirsten served as lead counsel on the first capital murder case tried to conviction in New Hampshire in the last 50 years. Kirsten's extensive experience includes over 12 years of trial work in which she has tried over 50 cases to completion, and briefed and argued numerous cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
