Kirsten focuses her practice in complex litigation in our Professional Liability practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Kirsten served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Department of Justice where she led complex investigations and tried first and second degree murder cases as well as high profile white collar and public integrity crimes. Kirsten served as lead counsel on the first capital murder case tried to conviction in New Hampshire in the last 50 years. Kirsten's extensive experience includes over 12 years of trial work in which she has tried over 50 cases to completion, and briefed and argued numerous cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Kirsten has authored several scholarly articles in the New Hampshire Bar Journal, on a variety of topics. She has lectured at the New Hampshire State Police Academy, the International Association for Identification, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.

Kirsten graduated with Dean's List honors from New England School of Law, where she was an editor for the Environmental Law Forum and a legal discussion supervisor for Boston High School. She was named by the Union Leader as a member of the "40 under 40" class of 2009, and was a member of "Leadership Seacoast" in 2000.
