For more than 25 years, Rich Nelson's career has emphasized the preparation and trial of major cases. This has involved extensive work in a number of fields including construction, suretyship, securities regulation, environmental law, professional liability defense, toxic tort litigation, and product liability defense. Rich's work in the construction field has involved major projects throughout the United States as well as in Asia and Africa.

Rich has been a leader in using computers to litigate large document cases. He frequently writes and speaks on areas of his practice, as well as the use of technology in case discovery and in the courtroom. Rich is chairman of our firm and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
