Rob has pursued his interest in financial litigation for over twenty-five years, both in private practice and as a white-collar prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice. While there, he tried insider trading, bank fraud, and healthcare fraud cases. His experience also includes the successful defense and enforcement of bank and securities regulatory enforcement actions before the Securities and Exchange Commission and bank regulatory agencies.

With the firm, Rob's practice centers around the cases arising in the Creditors' Rights and Construction Litigation practice groups.

Away from the office, Rob enjoys sailing and skiing with family and friends in New England.
