Toby is a member of our Professional Liability and Business Litigation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2010.

Toby graduated from Bowdoin College, cum laude, in 2007 and Boston College Law School in 2010. In addition to an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Vermont, he held a summer associate position with us in law school. He also competed on a national moot court team and served on the Board of Student Advisors. Toby spent a semester in college interning for a United States Senator and a national arts nonprofit in Washington, D.C.
