Law School & CO-OP Clerkships

Each summer, we hire at least two clerks in our Manchester, New Hampshire location. From time-to-time, we accept applicants for a co-op clerkship during the calendar year, as well.

Clerks spend approximately ten weeks researching and writing in support of active cases. In addition, they observe events related to their research assignments, such as depositions, motion hearings, client interviews, site visits, and trial testimony.

The clerkship offers an opportunity to learn our firm from the inside out. It also offers exposure to the Manchester and New Hampshire geography, climate, and social scene.

The clerkship program is overseen by a senior attorney who coordinates both the work assignments and social activities engaged in by the clerks. Each clerk receives two performance reviews during the ten week period, as well as written assessments on each piece of work-product.

NK+M regularly hires from its summer clerkship program, and plans to continue doing so in the future. If you have an interest in trying us, please apply.
