  • Senior attorney - John C. Kissinger

    John has been with the firm for ten years and is the head of the Professional Liability Practice Group. John is a member of the Hiring Committee and Practice Management Committee.


  • Junior attorney - Laurie R. Bishop

    Laurie joined the firm in 2008 and works in our Boston office. Laurie's practice focuses on Employment, College & University, and Business Litigation.  Laurie represents clients in state and federal litigation, as well as agency proceedings.  Laurie also advises clients on general risk management and compliance issues.


  • Paralegal - April L. Taylor

    April has been a paralegal with the firm since 2001, working in the construction and environmental practice groups.  She has extensive experience as a litigation paralegal.


  • Staff member - Stacia Barrington

    Stacia has been with NK+M for ten years and supports the attorneys and paralegals of the Professional Liability Group. Stacia has strong technical skills and is valuable resource for all of the Administrative Assistants in the firm.
